When the "New" option is selected, a window will pop up that asks what kind of entity is to be created, and that will establish a name for this new entity.
When a name for the window is filled in, and the "OK" button is pressed, the main dialog window for the definition of the new window will pop up.
(There is a setting in the Preferences section, that may turn off automatic display of the edit-image of the window to be created.)
At this time, it is probably best to accept all defaults and click on the "OK" button. After this, an editable version of the new window will pop up, with a tool-box next to it.
Also, the menu bar is changed to reflect all new menu-options that are available to facilitate the building of windows and applications.
In addition to the options that are available from the menu, a number of options is available by clicking the right-hand button of the mouse, while the mouse cursor is over the window.
