Positive integer numeric value

Internal name is "intlit".

This data type is used for entities that describe numeric values that may not have a fractional portion; typically such entities decribe the number of occurrences of other entities.

Positive integer numeric values contain only digits. In the context of this data type, the value 0 (zero) is considered to be positive.
