Child Ballads - To-Do List

The intent is to execute this project in five stages:

1. Bring all lyrics on-line
2. Bring all descriptions and notes on-line
3. Bring all specifications of corrections and additions on-line
4. Make it possible to view texts with corrections and additions applied
5. Review all material and correct any remaining typographical errors

Unfortunately, there are likely to be errors that I introduced, which probably won't be corrected until step 5, but other than those, step 1 is almost complete: What's left is that for some ballads the origin of the specific version still needs to be added at the top.

With the same proviso, step 2 is also complete.

Step 3 is now complete as well.

A hesitant start has been made on step 4. The additions and corrections for the first 5 ballads are made "live". Before continuing on steps 4 and 5, I intend to get the additional materials from Volume 5 on-line (glossary, fragments, indexes, ballad-airs).

Once all of this is done, hyperlinks need to be added between the various narrative texts. Where-ever Child refers to a different ballad (see No ...), a hyperlink to the narrative of that other ballad should be inserted.

In the narratives, there are many references to the various versions of the ballads. For each of those references a hyperlink to the referenced version should be inserted.

Finally, all typos should be corrected that were introduced in the process of creating these web-pages.
