CDIV^MATH : COMPLEX ( X : COMPLEX , Y : COMPLEX )
$%CDIV^MATH returns the value X / Y, where X and Y are complex numbers. If the complex numeric interpretation of Y is equal to "0%0", an error condition occurs with ecode = "M9"
