OMI messages are defined in terms of these 6 fields:
Some transactions define the value of an integer field not as an integer but as a set of bits, each of which may assume the values B = 0 or B = 1. Bits are numbered by 0 <= n < N where N is the maximum number of bits in the field. The integer value of the field shall be computed as the sum of B*2n where B is the value of bit number n.
