DMSDEC^MATH : REAL ( X : STRING )
$%DMSDEC^MATH returns the value in degrees that is equal to the angle specified in X in ° ' " notation. Since the symbols for degrees, minutes, and seconds are not in the ASCII set, the three fields in X must be separated by colons (":"); the value of the first part is an integer in the range [0,359]; the value in the second part is an integer in the range [0,59]; the value in the third part is a real number in the range [0,60). Any further ":" separated parts in the value of X are ignored.
